The Code Enforcement Office issued 106 permits during the month of May for the following kinds of work: electric, plumbing, demolition, alteration/addition, new, accessory structure, solar, sign, certificate of occupancy
Some of the significant permits were certificates for occupancy for:
- 890 Main St, Sanford Kids Kove Childcare & Learning Center
- 1413 Main St, Sanford Cash ‘N Cans bottle redemption
- 554 Main St, Springvale Learning Ladder Childcare
And building permits for
- 3 Beaver Hill Rd, Springvale 4 new single-family residences
- Butler St, Springvale new single-family residence
