Five Things That Make You Feel Up to 15 Years Younger

Every time you wind up with a hangover that lasts 48 hours or cold weather makes your knee start clicking, don’t you wish you could feel like you did when you were younger?

A new study found there are five main things you can do that will make you FEEL up to 15 YEARS YOUNGER than you do now. And they don’t seem THAT hard to pull off, so it’s probably worth a shot.

1. Going on vacations.

2. Having sex at least once a week.

3. Exercising.

4. Regularly hanging out with friends.

5. Petting a dog or cat.
