Tom Petty guitarist Mike Campbell’s side band and Sheryl Crow to tour with Chris Stapleton this summer

Credit: Pamela LittkyFounding Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers guitarist Mike Campbell longtime side project The Dirty Knobs and Sheryl Crow are among the artists that will help support country star Chris Stapleton on newly announced dates of his All-American Road Show tour.

The Dirty Knobs will join Stapleton for an 11-show run starting June 4 in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and winding down with a June 26 concert in Denver. Other special guests who will be playing at select concerts during the June run will be Crow, Dwight Yoakam and Margo Price.

In addition, The Dirty Knobs will be opening for Stapleton at an August 29 concert at Chicago’s Wrigley Field that also will feature The Highwomen and Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit.

Crow’s stint on the country star’s trek begins on June 25 in Salt Lake City and is plotted out through a July 25 performance in Holmdel, New Jersey.

As previously reported, The Dirty Knobs recently announced plans to release their debut album, Wreckless Abandon, on March 20. The band also has lined up a spring headlining tour in support of the record that’s mapped out from a March 10 show in Minneapolis through an April 28 concert in Tampa, Florida.
