Yacht Rock Radio is captained by Adam Ritz. Adam is a 25 year veteran of radio and tv, and a 40 year fan of what we know now as Yacht Rock! The first song he ever played on Yacht Rock Radio was Baker Street by Gerry Rafferty. These songs, “take me back to a nostalgia that makes me smile remembering the easy life from 1976 to 1983.’ Adam also hosts The Adam Ritz Show, a nationally syndicated Public Affairs radio show, with recent episodes at The Adam Ritz Show.

Our resident Beatles’ fanatic Cha-Chi Loprete hosts this fab four two-hour program from 10am – 12pm featuring interviews, Beatles history, Beatles giveaways and lots of Beatles music including rarities, live recordings and the spoken word of John, Paul, George and Ringo. Working in Boston radio for over 25 years has given Cha-Chi the rare opportunity to meet and interview many in the Beatles inner circle. In addition to interviewing Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr severals times each, he also interviewed George Harrison during his Traveling Wilbury days, George Martin, Yoko Ono, Cynthia & Julian Lennon, Patti Boyd, Pete Best, Denny Laine, Peter Brown, May Pang, Pauline Sutcliff and many others.

Michael Burns and Stu Fink are two Boston based radio personalities who met as friends during the summer of 1980. Reunited in 1988, they hosted their first program together in late 1989, and in 1994, their fate was sealed when they were tapped to co-host a weekly country oldies show, which enjoyed a 20+ year run on Boston radio.
