February, the shortest month of the year, saw only 59 permits issued for everything from electrical and plumbing to Certificates of Occupancy.
One building permit was issued to Associated Group LLC for a new multi-family residential building to be located at 29 River St.
Four Temporary Certificates of Occupancy were issued at the following residential locations: 33 Abenaki Lane, 247 Sam Allen Road, 60 Welch Lane and 139 Blanchard Road, Springvale.
Three Residential Certificates of Occupancy were issued for: 148 School St., 59 Payne St, Springvale and 12 Harrison St., Springvale.
Certificates of Occupancy for commercial structures were issued to four locations: Estes Road, River’s Edge Campground; Airport Road, City of Sanford aircraft hangar; 6 Smada Drive, MD Rental – heavy construction equipment; 1725 Main St., Aspen Bookkeeping & Tax.
Permits for rooftop solar installations were issued for three locations at 14, 16 & 18 Patriot’s Lane.
