Clarification
David Mongeau’s name will not appear on the June primary ballot. He is an independent candidate for House District 141, so he isn’t running for either party’s nomination. In November, he will face the winner of the Republican primary and Rebecca Flood Andrews, who is running unopposed for the Democratic party’s nomination.
Correction: A March 13 story in the Sanford Springvale News misstated the source of power for a proposed data center in South Sanford. The fuel cell technology involves no combustion. It would initially be fueled by natural gas and would convert to hydrogen as soon as it becomes commercially available, according to lead developer Randy Gibbs.
