Spring is definitely in the air with an uptick in permits issued in April – 125 total.
Permits were issued for:
- Installation of solar panels at 68 North Ave., 190 Bauneg Beg Rd., 100 Lebanon St., 41 Shaw’s Ridge Rd and 78 Sunset Rd, Springvale
- Construction of new single-family residences on Morris Street, Lentago Lane and Pleasant Avenue, along with a multi-family 12-unit apartment building on Stackpole Court.
Certificates of Occupancy for commercial use included:
- 192 Gavel Rd., Sanford Sewerage District, administrative office (temporary certificate)
- 27 Hancock Lane, Green Truck Farms 5, LLC (cannabis manufacturing)
- 45 Lebanon St., Maahi’s Quick Stop (liquor & tobacco)
Certificate of Occupancy / Home Occupation:
- 129 Elm St., Maine Auto Repair Service (mobile repairs)
Certificates of Occupancy / Residential:
- Condominiums at 17 & 19 Signal St., 1 Hillsdale St., and 1, 2 & 7 Bedrock Dr.
- Single-family at 61 Payne St., 16 West Elm St. And a temporary certificate at 70 Thompson St.
- Conversion from single-family to two-family at 501 Main St.
