FREE to participate. Optional $5–10 donation to Sanford Arts Commission is appreciated but not expected.

Set up for 8AM start time.

Please make every attempt to stay for the full market day (ends at noon).

The farmers market will be set up as usual, so please SET UP ON THE MAIN ST SIDE of the park so as not to interfere with Market vendors.

Arrival, Unloading & Parking:
We ask everyone to unload their vehicle first, move your car to the parking lot beside the post office, and Then set up. (We will be there to support)

When Leaving: Pack 1st, then retrieve & load your car. This helps maintain traffic flow for vendors and keeps parking along School Street open for customers.

Booth / Table Guidelines:
*Max ~ 10×10 space. (contact us if you need more space)

Canopies:
– Ensure weights are used for your tents. (No Stakes)
– We recommend using minimum 40lbs of weight per canopy leg (160lbs total for a standard 10’×10′ canopy), especially if windy conditions are expected.

Spaces are first come, first serve for Art Walk vendors. There is no saving of spots.

Be kind and respectful of your fellow artists and Market vendors.

Set Up Support:
Mason, Mark and Brianna plan to be in attendance to help with set up and breakdown. Please find one of us if you need anything.

The Farmers Market has indicated that they plan to help promote this collaboration – Please do the same and like/share/comment on any posts you might see shared by us or the Market, this increases reach and attendance.
