1. HEARINGS AND BUSINESS

• OLD BUSINESS: FILE #2026-23-FAS – Wilderness Way – New Dam Road (R13-13-1)

Application from Wilderness Way, LLC for Major Subdivision Amendment, Major Site Plan Amendment, and Private Way approval to modify Phase II of the previously approved subdivision by reducing the number of residential lots from eight (8) to four (4), and constructing a private way with associated site improvements to serve the revised lot layout. The subject property is owned by Wilderness Way, LLC. and is located at New Dam Road, Sanford, Maine 04073 (R13-13-1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, & 8).

A Public Hearing was held and closed and the item was tabled at the August 5, 2026 meeting.

• OLD BUSINESS: FILE # R15-1 – Sand Pond Shores, LLC. – Siddall Road (R15-1)

Application for a Major Site Plan & Shoreland Zoning request to build a campground with associated site improvements. The subject property is owned by Sand Pond Shores, LLC and located at an unaddressed parcel on Siddall Road & Country Club Road 2 (Map/Lot: R15-1).

A Public Hearing was held and closed and the item was tabled at the June 3, 2026 meeting.

The Public Hearing was reopened and closed and the item was tabled at the July 15, 2026 meeting.
