Patti Smith to perform at indie-rockers The National’s 2020 Homecoming festival in May

Credit: FerialPatti Smith is among the artists who will perform at acclaimed indie-rock act The National‘s 2020 Homecoming festival. The two-day event takes place May 8-9 at Smale Park in The National’s hometown of Cincinnati, Ohio.

Meanwhile, Patti also recently was confirmed to perform at the 2020 Big Ears Festival, which will be held March 26-29 at a variety of venues in Knoxville, Tennessee. Check out BigEarsFestival.org for complete details.

Smith and her band currently are wrapping up a brief series of South American concerts this week. Later this month, Patti will head to Italy for a series of “Words and Music” shows that run from a November 25-26 stand in Trieste through a December 5 appearance in Pavia.

Looking ahead to 2020, Smith and her band will visit Australia and New Zealand in April and Germany in June.
