August was still a busy month for permits in Sanford and Springvale, with a total of 99 permits issued for everything from electrical and plumbing to alterations, decks, solar and certificates of occupancy.
One temporary commercial certificate of occupation was given to River’s Edge Campground on Estes Road.
Two commercial certificates of occupancy were issued for home occupations for golf club repairs at 26 June St. and Under My Wing Child Care at 18 Bennett St.
Five commercial certificates of occupancy were issued:
- 172 Kennebunk Road, Maine Health Ambulance Services
- 890 Main St., Pasta Piazza Grill
- 1328 Main St., Massage
- 1735 Main St., Flat Top Burgers
- 906 Main St., Body Work
Four certificates of occupancy were issued for new single-family homes at 19 Mill St., 259 Sam Allen Rd., 28 Abenaki Lane and 537 Hanson’s Ridge Rd.
