SHS Athletes Named Players to Watch this Fall

Sanford High School student-athletes Brady Boissonneault and Hailey Payeur were recently named athletes to watch this fall by the Portland Press Herald.

Boissoneault, a senior tight end and middle linebacker on the football team, made the list of 30 athletes to watch in southern Maine. Boissoneault was a team captain last year and named to the Class A South second team after making 64 tackles for the Spartans.

Payeur, a sophomore forward and midfielder on the field hockey team, made the list of 25 players to watch. Payeur is the younger sister of former All-State selection Audrey Payeur and was second-team all-conference as a freshman.
