- Grammar Road: Phase two of the Grammar Road reconstruction is beginning. Grammar Road will be closed to through traffic from Grammar Street to Route 4 from August 3rd to August 7th. Local residences and businesses remain open and accessible.
- Cottage Street: The Sanford Sewerage District completed its required infrastructure work on July 28, 2026, and Cottage Street has officially reopened to traffic.
- High Street: Closed to through traffic from High Street to Brook Street August 3rd to August 7th. Local residences and businesses remain open and accessible.
